Hi Kam! Big fan of the all the work you do on Sitecore tools, always elegantly written and extremely useful!
I recently found myself in need of local rendering datasources for a particular branch template. A quick google and I found this gem, works like a charm for the instance of the branch item! However, I needed to do the same for subitems, so I extended your software a bit and made it recursively handle rendering datasources for all subitems of the branch item as well.
Hope you have time to look at it and maybe merge it into your branch!
