I was rereading this and noticed that the numbers were still out of date so I updated them to the most recent I could get

I was rereading this and noticed that the inflation numbers were still out of date and the housing price and year were mismatched so I updated them to the most recent I could get.
Also changed "average" to "median" as the median house price data is more commonly used than average
