When glew is being built, it was using the default compiler even if cmake was configured to use a non-default toolchain. This change passes same compiler and flags to the glew build as is being used by cmake for other targets. Signed-off-by: kenmcgaugh <ken@mcgaugh.co.uk>

Tested under ubuntu-22.04 using a gcc-14 based toolchain.
