Overview
Release 0.59.0 bumps package version metadata (internal/version.go, release-please manifest, README install pin) and records Byteful mobile proxy support in the changelog, with an updated OpenAPI spec reference in .stats.yml.

The substantive SDK change is in proxy.go: mobile proxy configuration is aligned with the new provider model. Create/read paths for mobile proxies now expose only country, city, and state (with updated docs noting provider city aliases and carrier-driven geo variance). asn, zip, and carrier are removed from mobile request/response types and from config unions; the carrier enum validator on create params is dropped. Union helpers are adjusted so asn/zip accessors apply to residential only, not mobile.
