Overview
Release 0.59.0 bumps package metadata (pyproject.toml, _version.py, release manifest) and points .stats.yml at a new OpenAPI spec hash.

The functional SDK change is a breaking shape update for ConfigMobileProxyConfig across proxy create/check/list/retrieve types: asn, carrier (and its large enum), and zip are removed. city, country, and state remain, with docstrings reframed for Byteful-style mobile routing (provider city alias, US-only state, note that carrier routing can affect observed geo).

Changelog records the feature as support for Byteful mobile proxies.
