Use common function for configure main SSID and bss SSID.
Before it was a mess with wpa_cli and hostapd_cli commands, but now we have a iw => json tool (iw.py) so we can use iw to get the information.
Instead it shall be a opt-out per SSID
If copy to stdout dstds will be undefined.
