docs: package Comic Generator with verified local evidence

Summary

• replace the placeholder README with a real product overview, screenshot, clean setup, verification, deployment, and security guidance
• add an explicit MIT license
• use a screenshot captured from this repository's verified local build without invoking either paid generation API
• remove the misleading GitHub Homepage URL because that domain currently serves a different Comic Generator application and /zh returns 404
• keep release status blocked on provider-side rotation of credentials that were historically committed

Verification

• locked pnpm install passes
• production dependency audit: zero known vulnerabilities
• TypeScript check passes
• Next.js 15.5.21 production build passes with all /en, /zh, and API routes
• current-tree Gitleaks scan: zero findings
• local /zh product page returns 200 and the committed screenshot was captured from it

Not included

• no Git history rewrite
• no paid API request
• no GitHub release until the previously exposed SiliconFlow and Volcengine credentials are revoked/replaced and a correct deployment URL is anonymously verified
