From now on, when a group leader wants to delete a post type

And its not in use: it deletes like usual
And in use:
- Shows a modal with a list of users who has the post, and their activity status
- Shows a confirm prompt that it will remove the post from its users

Update rspec to expect deleted post types and associated posts when destroy endpoint called
