This notice applies to all source code, documentation, and related assets (collectively, the “Code”) that Sichuan Dream Technology Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) publicly displays or makes accessible on GitHub ([https://github.com/gh555com](https://github.com/gh555com)) and any other public platform.

**This notice is NOT an open-source license.** Except for the limited permission expressly granted below, the Company reserves all rights in the Code (All Rights Reserved).
By accessing, viewing, or using the Code, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to comply with this notice.

## 1. Ownership; All Rights Reserved

The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Code. No license is granted other than as explicitly stated in this notice.

## 2. Limited Permission (Personal, Non-Commercial Only)

Subject to full compliance with this notice, the Company grants you a **revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free** permission solely to:

Create any product or service that is **confusingly similar** to the Company’s products in concept, overall structure, feature composition, user flows, interaction patterns, or visual presentation.
You may not use or imitate the Company’s **user interface layout, interaction patterns, CSS styles, icons, color schemes, typography choices, motion/animation style, or any elements that constitute the Company’s overall trade dress**.

### 3.5 Removal of Notices

Remove, alter, or obscure this notice, copyright statements, trademark notices, or any other proprietary notices.

## 4. Trademarks and Branding

“Sichuan Dream Technology Co., Ltd.” is the Company’s legal name. **“的梦”** and related logos, product names, UI style, and overall trade dress are trademarks/identifiers owned by or legally controlled by the Company. **“的梦” is a registered trademark of the Company (registered for six years).**

No trademark, logo, product name, or trade dress rights are granted under this notice. Except for necessary **nominative use** to truthfully refer to the Company or its products, you may not:

1. use “的梦” or any confusingly similar mark to name, market, brand, or promote your product/service;
2. imply endorsement, partnership, affiliation, or authorization by the Company;
3. remove, obscure, replace, or alter trademark/copyright/proprietary notices included in the Code.

## 5. Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

THE CODE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE CODE OR ITS USE.

“四川的梦科技有限公司”为本公司企业名称。**“的梦”**及其相关 Logo、产品名称、界面风格与整体商业外观（Trade Dress）为本公司拥有或依法享有权利的商标/标识/商业外观。**“的梦”为本公司注册商标。**

本声明**不授予**任何商标、Logo、产品名称或商业外观的使用许可。除为客观指代本公司或本公司产品所必需的**指示性使用**外，您不得：

1. 使用“的梦”或任何近似标识为您的产品/服务命名、宣传、品牌化展示或推广；
2. 以任何方式暗示您与本公司存在授权、合作、关联或背书关系；
3. 移除、遮盖、替换或篡改本代码中包含的商标/版权/权利声明或标识。

## 5. 免责声明与责任限制

本代码按“现状（AS IS）”提供，不提供任何明示或暗示保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性、非侵权。
在法律允许的最大范围内，本公司不对因本代码或其使用引起或相关的任何索赔或损失承担责任。

## 6. 终止
