When editing an sls or jinja file and selecting a word (or more generally some text) and hitting the double quote or single quote key on the keyboard, the selection is replaced with the character typed instead of being surrounded.
This PR add surrounding selection with single quote, double quote, parenthesis, bracket and curly brackets like the vast majority of languages on vscode.
