💡 What:
Replaced dummy anchor links (<a href="#">) in src/Header/Nav/index.tsx fallback rendering with native Next.js <Link> components pointing to valid core paths (/, /solutions, /projects, /actualites).

🎯 Why:
Search engine crawlers expect anchor tags to have resolvable, descriptive href destinations. When crawlers hit empty # fragments masquerading as links, it prevents them from effectively traversing internal page relationships and causes semantic HTML validation flags.

📊 Impact:
Increases the fundamental crawlability of the site map and prevents potential indexing issues or page authority dilution from the header navigation.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 9852143592340289284 started by @kourdroid

Replaced `href="#"` static fallback links in `src/Header/Nav/index.tsx` with `<Link>` components pointing to actual, valid routes (`/`, `/solutions`, `/projects`, `/actualites`).

This fix prevents crawler indexing issues associated with dummy anchor links, eliminates 404s, and ensures better structural crawlability when the fallback menu is rendered.
