💡 What: Added `role="dialog"`, `aria-modal="true"`, and `aria-labelledby="announcement-title"` to the `<motion.div>` in `src/components/AnnouncementPopup/index.tsx`. Also added `id="announcement-title"` to its `<h2>` element. 🎯 Why: Without these ARIA properties, screen readers and search engine crawlers parsing the DOM cannot structurally identify the div as a modal dialogue overlaying the main content. 📊 Impact: Improves semantic structure and accessibility, ensuring the UI overlay is properly understood by assistive technologies and machine parsers without disrupting existing behavior.
