Kronos 0.1.0

First release of Kronos, a PromQL-driven VM placement engine for OpenStack.

The engine evaluates Prometheus metrics per Nova host aggregate and plans live migrations to balance (spread) or consolidate (pack) workloads, with combined multi-policy scoring, server-group affinity constraints and enforcement, disabled-host evacuation, a Nova Placement claims gate, availability-zone scoping, cooldowns and quarantine, and full record/replay tooling.

Install:

pip install kronos-openstack

Deployment guides (systemd units, Kolla-style container) and the operator runbook are in the docs. The sdist and wheel are signed with sigstore; the .sigstore.json bundles attached here verify against the release workflow identity.
