spec for the laptop-scale PRH test. Scope: independent Dirichlet-LDA models on disjoint data slices, topic matching, alignment-vs-N verdict against a shuffled null, and a topic-mixture steering check. Synthetic + OmniSky real-data sources. Implementation follows in a later PR.
