Workaround for the issue @techflashYT faced with xenon by adding a new initcpio hook to search for volumes /dev/sr* and /dev/sd* with ISO label and mount them to /dev/disk/by-label/*.
Also added dedicated releng-xenon config folder, fixed sandbox error in pacman.conf and added support for booting off of a USB to avoid needing to burn a disc.

Booting from CD/DVD is how it was done originally.
