Replace the deprecated /api/schemas/challenge endpoint (website repo) with /api/openapi/sync.json (monorepo), extracting the challenge item schema from the OpenAPI spec directly. This removes the dependency on the deprecated website repo and ensures the validation schema stays in sync with the monorepo's generated OpenAPI spec, which is itself generated from the CLI's Go source types.
