Updates stale SDK snippets and links in API docs to match current Langfuse clients. Fixes outdated Python/JS method signatures (async trace access, v2 resource names, metrics v2 call), updates deprecated SDK/doc links, and replaces an old Java snapshot dependency version with the current stable release tag.
