Add taskmd checklists for pandas object types - #41

Adds markdown files with checklists of methods and properties for pandas object types in scope for leanframe (DataFrame, DataFrameGroupBy, SeriesGroupBy, Rolling, Expanding, ExponentialMovingWindow, Resampler).
