Makes sense - I've separated out the toFun ψ expression so that this add_floor… lemma doesn't appear in any definitions.

radiusPowUnboundedOperatorwith domain a suitable subset of Schwartz maps which ensure square-integrability.This requires two slight generalizations:
UnboundedOperator.ofSymmetricto allow larger codomain, andradiusPowOperator_apply_memHSto allow more negative powerswhen the Schwartz map is bounded.
