This commit addresses issue #86 by correcting the dependency classification and updating urllib3 to the latest version.
Poetry main branch now requires Python >=3.10, which breaks CI for Python 3.9. Using stable poetry 1.8.4 ensures compatibility across all supported Python versions (3.9-3.13).
