Removes the files.downloads.read-write and network.server rows (neither is declared in the MAS build) and corrects the network.client description, so the table matches build-resources/entitlements.mas.plist.
Switch the project license to PolyForm Noncommercial License 1.0.0 (source-available, free for non-commercial use), copyright 2026 Julia Kafarska.
