Performance Optimizations for Lighthouse UI

Overview

Performance optimizations to improve page load times, reduce bundle size, and enhance the overall user experience of the Lighthouse UI.

Key Changes

1. Image Optimization

• Enhanced ImageBox component with:
  • Automatic quality optimization (75% default)
  • Responsive image sizing with dynamic sizes attribute
  • Blur placeholder for better loading experience
  • Support for modern image formats (WebP, AVIF)
  • Improved image caching (60s minimum TTL)

2. Component Performance

• Optimized StatBox component:
  • Implemented memoization for child components
  • Reduced unnecessary re-renders
  • Extracted StatItem into a memoized sub-component
  • Optimized theme-based style calculations

3. Data Fetching Improvements

• Enhanced blog page with Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR):
  • 1-hour revalidation period
  • Proper error handling and logging
  • Fallback loading states
  • 404 handling for missing data

4. Dynamic Imports Optimization

• Added loading states to critical components
• Enabled SSR for key components like LighthouseSuit and Pricing
• Improved code splitting strategy

5. Next.js Configuration Updates
