push触发器移除develop分支，仅保留master；pull_request保持不变。 防止从develop向master发PR时push和pull_request同时触发导致重复运行。
- tox.ini deps改为引用requirements.txt，避免重复维护依赖版本 - 添加recreate=true确保依赖版本变化时自动重建虚拟环境 - 新增@zeyudada到contributor列表
- 新增 proxy_pool.sh 支持 start/stop/restart/status 命令 - 支持后台启动(非容器)和前台启动(容器环境) - 使用 PID 文件管理进程生命周期 - 删除旧的 start.sh - Dockerfile 使用 tini 作为 init 进程 - 更新文档: 添加服务管理章节
