Add flatpak/ directory with manifest, desktop entry, AppStream metainfo, and launcher wrapper for building Cyd as a Flatpak. Uses the local electron-forge package output as the source and the Electron base app (zypak) for sandbox compatibility. Build and install with ./flatpak/build-flatpak.sh, then run with flatpak run social.cyd.Cyd.
