chore(vCluster):Removes the Design Principles page from the 0.33 docs#1940

PR 1889 removed the page as part of repositioning work. Content was merged into the revamped architecture page. Backport process does not delete removed pages. This removes it from 0.33, but older versions will retain the page. Closes DOC-1310
