Agentic Payments is a curated market map of the emerging agentic commerce stack.
It organizes the companies, protocols, and infrastructure shaping how AI systems will discover products, make decisions, and eventually execute payments. The map separates the near-term human-in-the-loop commerce layer from the longer-term autonomous agent stack, while highlighting the shared infrastructure underneath both.
- A research artifact
- A market map
- A positioning tool
- A fast way to explain a complicated category visually
A lot of "agentic commerce" discussion is still muddy. This project turns that ambiguity into a structured view:
- where discovery happens
- who enables checkout and execution
- what identity and wallet layers matter
- which shared protocols and rails are becoming foundational
This repo is useful because it shows Logan's ability to:
- synthesize a fast-moving market
- create a point of view instead of a loose list of links
- package research in a clear visual format
- make AI infrastructure trends easier to understand for operators, builders, and investors
The current project is intentionally lightweight: a single static HTML artifact with embedded styles and structured sections.
That makes it easy to publish, share, and iterate on quickly.
