There are still 3 deps that need updating but they'd require more changes as they're ESM only.

New versions of active modules available:

  globby     ^11.1.0   →   ^13.1.3 
  meow        ^9.0.0   →   ^11.0.0 
  pkg-conf    ^3.1.0   →    ^4.0.0
