Animation Fixes and UI Polish

[Mr-Imperium]

• Added if (!mounted) checks to all async callbacks in guided_breathing.dart. This prevents the app from attempting to setState/animate widgets that have been disposed, which was causing crashes in Release builds.
• Removed the nested Scaffold.
• Added a 3-second "Get Ready" pre-countdown.
• Implemented a fixed recording window.
