Removes duplicate and outdated source/header files from the root directory (`Planet.hpp`, `SolarSystem.hpp`, `SolarSystem.cpp`, `main.cpp`, `data_sturctures_project.cpp`). These files are already properly organized and actively maintained within the `include/` and `src/` directories. This cleans up the project structure and prevents confusion for future contributors.
