He has some minor issues. I don't have the equipment and can't conduct further tests

Does unplugging tablet after connecting it with otd-daemon works? This is a known issue.

i haven't tested anything in fact... i just used it in whiteboards and it worked.
I may test that when i have enough time

this issue has been fixed. The problem I mentioned above refers to this one

hmm, seems a bit stuttery with my digitizer (ELAN2514:00 04F3:442E), while it works fine on windows and touch is smooth on cagebreak -- not sure if an issue with the PR, protocol. libinput or bad hardware.
Also my fan spins up but no suspicious cpu usage in top

whoopsie, sorry, wrong pr. This one actually appears not to work at all for me -- Should I go copy paste over my other comment and remove it here or should I keep it here and stay silent on the other PR?

You can leave a previous comment if you wish but I'd suggest you to try another fork and comment your review at #778 if something works/doesn't work as expected
