If you believe you have found a security issue affecting the Pilldor app, report it privately by email:
support@pilldor.com
Do not post sensitive security details, personal health information, or account-specific data in public issues or discussions.
When reporting a security issue, include:
- A short description of the issue
- Steps to reproduce it
- The affected device model, such as iPhone or iPad, and the iOS or iPadOS version, if known
- App version, if known
- Screenshots or screen recordings, if safe to share
Never include:
- Medication lists
- Personal health details
- Account credentials
- Recovery codes
- Payment information
Valid security reports will be reviewed and answered as reasonably possible based on severity and available information.
