TryApplyHybridTerrainProjectionmethod into discrete helper methods (PopulateNativePlans,ScheduleHybridTerrainJobs,ProcessPatchHeights,RecordTerrainSeamTelemetry).💡 Why: Reduces the method's complexity and length, improving maintainability and readability without altering functionality.
