🎯 What:
The monolithic test method UserOptionsConsumersIgnoreStaleRuntimeOwners in InputBindingContractsEditTests.cs was refactored by splitting it into four separate, focused test methods: SettingsManagerIgnoresStaleRuntimeOwners, LocalizationManagerIgnoresStaleRuntimeOwners, ModSettingsRegistryIgnoresStaleRuntimeOwners, and PauseMenuControllerIgnoresStaleRuntimeOwners.

💡 Why:
The original method was excessively long (~280 lines) and asserted properties about four completely independent source files. This high complexity and coupling made it difficult to read, maintain, and debug. If any single assertion failed, it would halt the execution for all subsequent unrelated consumers. By isolating the assertions per consumer into distinct test methods, we significantly improve code readability, simplify maintenance, and ensure test isolation without modifying the underlying test logic or assertions.

✅ Verification:
I confirmed the refactored tests accurately preserve the previous assertions by mapping the split logic exactly line-for-line to the original method. I successfully ran the full project verification sweep (python -B Tools/RunFullVerifySweep.py) to confirm that no regressions were introduced and the tests compiled and passed properly in the environment.

✨ Result:
Improved test readability, reduced method length, increased maintainability, and achieved better test isolation for the InputBindingContractsEditTests suite.
