🎯 What: Removed unused/write-only
_debug...fields and their corresponding assignments fromVisualBudgetSmokeTester.cs.💡 Why: These fields were only written to and were never actually read except during failure reporting, which created unnecessary state in the class. Refactoring the
Fail()method to take in the memory statistics as arguments instead of depending on class fields makes the code cleaner and stateless.✅ Verification: Verified by ensuring the code compiled successfully and all project verification tests passed locally using
python -B Tools/RunFullVerifySweep.py.✨ Result: Improved maintainability and reduced class bloat by cleanly eliminating unused private fields without altering behavior.
