Expand web_search tool from 4 backends to 9, covering the most popular search APIs. Priority: Serper > Tavily > Bing > Google > SerpAPI > Brave > Exa > Bocha > DuckDuckGo (free fallback). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
