This PR adds a module wrapper for the resource
github_actions_runner_groupAlso adds configuration for
trunk actions run generate-terraform-docswhich is a way to useterraform-docswithout pre-commit. This implementation is still subject to change but is managed inmasterpointio/trunk-actionsand imported in this repo.
