Platform Explorers is an initiative aimed at bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical knowledge. By offering curated project scenarios across multiple disciplines, we empower learners to explore, experiment, and enhance their competencies in real-world contexts.

| Cybersecurity | The cybersecurity use cases present various scenarios to mentees which challenge them to utilize solutions like Defender XDR, Intune, Microsoft Purview and Entra ID to solve business problems related to email security, information protection, device and application protection. |
| Cloud Computing | Challenges mentees to design and implement cost-effective, secure, and well-governed cloud solutions within a limited budget, requiring them to discover and apply the right Azure services while managing resources efficiently. |
| Power Platform | Hands-on projects for automating processes and building low-code applications. |
| Data Analyst | Mentees will learn to define problems, prioritize features, create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and collaborate with teams to build and improve products. They will work on real-world scenarios, developing both new products and enhancing existing ones. |
| AI Workforce | The AI Workforce use cases will help mentees learn how to design, build, and test Copilot agents using Copilot Chat and Copilot Studio, including creating conversational flows, capturing user input, and grounding agent responses in trusted organizational knowledge. |
| Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement | The Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement use cases present different scenarios to MAXi, challenging them to build and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 tools such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service to address business needs related to customer acquisition, sales processes, and post-sales support. |
| Dynamics 365 ERP | This track looks to provide a strong foundation in ERP concepts and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO) for individuals with no ERP background and others. This course deals with the principles/basics and gradually progresses into practical system configuration and real-world use cases in D365FO. |
| Participants will gain practical ERP knowledge, hands-on experience configuring D365FO, and an understanding of how real business processes translate into ERP setup. The focus is on building functional consultant thinking, not just system navigation. |
