We moved
MAV_CMD_GUIDED_CHANGE_HEADINGfrom ardupilotmega.xml to common.xml a few weeks ago. IN #2493 (comment) @davidbuzz pointed out that this is normally used withMAV_CMD_GUIDED_CHANGE_SPEEDandMAV_CMD_GUIDED_CHANGE_ALTITUDE.We should keep them together. ArduPilot are in favour and there is a matching PR ArduPilot#509
