feat: almanac body picker — toggle celestial bodies on/off#13

Adds a [b] picker popup on the Almanac tab letting users show/hide individual body arcs. Hidden bodies are dimmed in the legend and filtered from the canvas without recomputation. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
