- Add spago - Record, Effect and Aff namespace changed - Using Web.HTML instead of DOM It seems that with the new Effect/Aff design, MONACO is unused, but I did not delete it just yet. Also, formated Types.purs and Editor.js

It seems that with the new Effect/Aff design,
MONACOis unused, but I did not delete it just yet.I Also, formated Types.purs and Editor.js.
