v0.7.6: scanpy imports are more optional #95

Catch runtime failures from the optional scanpy_helpers import so importing genetools still exposes the core helpers, plots, stats, and arrays modules. Bump the package version to 0.7.6 for downstream packages that depend on the fixed import behavior.
