[Data Science] Overhaul whole Data Basics block

Removed the whole "Data Basics" block and made following changes:

• Added an Introduction:
  • Terminology Data Science vs. Machine Learning
  • What to expect
• Setup chapter:
  • No prerequisites needed: the chapter walks students through VS Code installation including a new Profile (with an installation video coming soon) and the whole uv setup
• New Data Basics chapter:
  • Which explains basic attribute types and simple plots. The chapter itself is now part of the Data Preparation & Preprocessing block.
