Better yet, maybe just vendor the focus_from_transverse_band function

Copy gen_coordinate, compute_midband_power, and focus_from_transverse_band
from waveorder into viscy/preprocessing/focus.py to remove the waveorder
runtime dependency entirely.

@ieivanov note we will release a stable version of the current viscy and this will be replaced right after with the alpha from the staging monorepo branch

iohub 0.3.0 removed ImageArray.name and .tensorstore(); pin to the
last compatible alpha until viscy is migrated to the new API.
