fixed the issue of relative paths in the application
earlier path of the template is hardcoded as "/home/merloxygen/Merl-UIT-Simulator/RISCV/r5pythonversion/templates/m.txt"
due to this upon launching from another system, it throws exceptions like
after providing a relative path now it can be launched from any system and any location.
