At least I have tried...
Checked https://helm.sh/docs/chart_template_guide/functions_and_pipelines/#using-the-lookup-function but as argocd templates it internaly this doesn't work.
So there are two options - hardcoded passwords or job like https://github.com/bitnami/charts/tree/main/bitnami/postgresql/templates/update-password
