The :pg2 module and therefore Pg2 (used by Flub) were deprecated in Elixir 1.11 and are removed in 1.12. Flub needs mods to work in 1.12.
The unit tests pass, but I do not have a good way to test Flub in a multi-node environment or in an environment where GenServers crash and are restarted.
