This PR includes the new drift calculators for the Hellinger distance and the Earthmover distance as described in the MMC Plus paper. A new sampler is also introduced as the new calculators perform the sampling within the distance calculation as required by the Jackknife sampling approach. Jackknife versions of the existing chi-squared and KS calculators were also added.
