mainprematurely — per the review on #197, merge was meant to be held until the VS Code-side adoption PR is ready, to avoid blocking others landing in AHPmainduring a breaking protocol change.This is a clean
git revert -m 1of the merge commit; the tree now matches pre-mergemain(4790353) exactly andnpm testis green (252 tests). When multi-chat is ready to land for real, this revert can itself be reverted to restore the work.cc @connor4312
