Summary

What does the PR accomplish, why was it needed?
Resolved the pango ptest failure in pangocairo/threads by adding the missing runtime font dependency dejavu-sans-fonts to the spec file. Also bumped the package release from 1 to 2 and updated the changelog to reflect the ptest fix in SPECS/pango/pango.spec.
