Updates the
DurableTaskScheduler*ExtensionsandDurableTaskScheduler*Optionsclasses to allow insecure credentials when using a localhost connection string. This is to enable local development using connection strings against a local emulator.This PR also adds the endpoint address to the "worker connected" log message.
